Bella Villa Estate is more than a venue. It's a private waterfront estate where you and your closest family and friends can stay, celebrate, and make memories together all in one unforgettable location.

Unlike a traditional venue where you rent a space for a few hours and send everyone back to their hotels, Bella Villa allows you to create an entire weekend experience. Events we allow up to 200 guests.

The property includes the main house plus two guest houses, providing accommodations for up to 35 overnight guests. We provide each guest a list of preferred vendors for their event.

COST

To book Bella Villa Estate, there is a 4 night minimum. The cost is per night of the rental plus an additional event fee.

Don't worry you do not have to pay all at once. Only 25% of the total rental cost is due to book. The remaining balance is due 60 days Prior to check in.

The event fee is due 7 days after booking.
