The Estate has 9 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, 3 full equipped kitchens and 3 laundry rooms. Each house has a view of the water!
From sunrise coffee by the water to sunset celebrations under the stars every detail of Bella Villa has been designed to host unforgettable experiences with ease, elegance, and comfort.

Total cost = estate rental + $3,995 event fee.
Guests hire their own vendors and control the budget. After booking, we share a curated preferred vendor list.
To book: 25% of rental due at booking. Remaining rental balance due 60 days before check-in.
Event fee due in full 7 days after booking.
Owner Trish Rubino will contact you to answer questions and collect the event fee.

Guests are welcome to go fishing!
Bella Villa Estate has a private white sand beach that allows our guests the freedom to enjoy the sun and water in privacy. Beach area can hold 100 person ceremony for events.

Hi, we're Jason and Trish, the family behind Bella Villa.
Jason is a proud Navy veteran, and our faith and love for family are at the heart of everything we do. After his service, we dreamed of creating a place where people can slow down, reconnect, and celebrate life's biggest moments together.
We were married at a house on the beach much like Bella Villa, and that unforgettable weekend inspired us to create the same experience for others, a beautiful space for weddings, vacations, and lasting memories by the water.
It's truly a blessing to share this Estate with you. We can't wait to welcome you.

What is the minimum stay? Bella Villa requires a 4-night minimum stay for all bookings.
How many guests can Bella Villa accommodate? The estate comfortably sleeps up to 35 guests across the main mansion and two private guest houses, giving everyone space to spread out while staying together.
Do you provide event rentals like tables, chairs, or tents? Bella Villa is a vacation rental, we do not provide tables, chairs, tents, food or catering, bar service.
Guests hire their own vendors to fully customize their event. After booking, we're happy to share our preferred vendor list to help with planning.
What is the noise rules? Escambia County enforces a 10:00pm noise ordiance. Amplified music and speakers must be turned off at 10pm.
Is there parking? Yes, there is a 50 car parking lot next to Bella Villa that allows guests to rent it.
Is there an event fee? Yes, since Bella Villa is a vacation rental in order to have an event on the property there is an event fee of $3995.
